Masterplan for mixed use development on the outskirts of Tobermory.
This site was already allocated in the Local Plan for housing. Our clients vision is to provide affordable housing for the island and in particular their staff at the farm and bakery. The Master Plan document was prepared alongside the Planning Department and was approved in early 2015. The master plan consists of 10 houses and light industrial use to the North of the site behind the Isle of Mull Bakery.
