Principle Architect Sandy Lees has several years experience in private practice throughout the Central belt and has been qualified for 14 years. As a project architect he has experience within the Commercial, Industrial and Residential sectors of the industry and brings a young, enthusiastic design approach to all of the projects he is involved in.

Sandy has expertise in master planning, individual purpose built houses and small to large scale alterations and extensions to private dwellings. He also has an extensive knowledge of current construction techniques and systems which enables conceptual design ideas become reality for todays practicable and sustainable requirements.

Based at our office in Bridge of Allan AGL Architect is suitably located geographically to serve clients throughout the Central belt of Scotland and beyond. Some current projects are as far afield as the Isle of Mull.


AGL Architect is committed to investing in new technologies to ensure a high standard of service is maintained for our clients. The practice is fully efficient in computer technology for presentation and design purposes and utilises up to date Computer Aided Design software for providing detailed technical construction drawings.


Being a curler himself, Sandy supports a number of local Curling Clubs who play at The Peak in Stirling. AGL Architect is proud to support Dunblane Curling Club and the recently established Buccaneers Curling Club by sponsoring their team kit.
